I agree with Susan on the timeline. It is hard to tell just how much these writers write compared to the "assistants". I am hoping that he has a book or two stuffed away somewhere that may come out. I am a serial Clancy reader and really enjoyed it. Strange, first Vince Flynn and now Clancy.......

Yeah am pretty sure that it was almost finished at the time of his tragic death.

If you know anything about publishing, you'd understand that for the book to have come out in December, it would have had to be finished at least 6 months before the release date. The last proof corrections would have been completed about 3 months before publication date. This would have put it before his death.
