Lmao! They've only had one good almost sex scene so far and it was not that purple actually! Got right to the point. This one's actually pretty good so far, a tiny little bit different than the style of the Cynster books. Less society stuff, more action. Same controlling alpha-type hero though xD Gotta admit I like the heroine being named Kit though, lol! :D
Kit★ wrote: "I started

LMBO over the heroine's name. **hee hee**
I'm not the biggest SL fan but I have to say that
was really fun. :)I just finished
- super fun UF series. I guess it's ending as a trilogy. I'm going to miss that world.Just started
this morning. So far, so good.
I read the first two years ago so trying to finish the series and thought while its fresh in my mind might as well continue. Plus stuff happened that I want to find out about ☺
Ah! Used Google Translate: Cemetery Dolls. I wish I spoke French; such a beautiful sounding language. **sigh*

I have had this book on my TBR shelf since 2011 so I figured it was time to read it LOL.
We shall see how it goes!

Good to know , Susan! I'm keeping my fingers crossed ,I haven't got the approval from Netgalley yet!
Jenny wrote: "I'm currently reading

I've been debating if to read these as well but they're so big.
Jenny wrote: "I'm currently reading

Just finished a marathon through season 3. I've put off reading them until they are finished, if that ever happens lol. The gaps between books is just too big. I think it would anger me too much, lol. It's good to know the show is so close to the books though!
Nichole wrote: "Jenny wrote: "I'm currently reading

first because they're a main part of Scarlet.
The wait between Season's for the show is painfully long!Good to know about The Queen's Army! Thanks :)
I only started watching this year so so far it hasn't been to long but I don't think he's finished righting the books (think thats what I heard)so who knows how long the wait will be.

Jenny wrote: "Nichole: The show is extremely accurate (at least from what I've read so far.) A lot of the lines in the show are directly from the book. Elishia: I believe there are going to be two more books t..."
Yes I don't think i'll ever get to them unless the show gets cancelled or something then i'd read the rest.
I had to look online for a list when I was watching the first series because I couldn't remember who everyone was.

So far, it's pretty good. I have to keep looking up stuff though because this is my first "Amish" book and I'm not familiar with some of the terms they use! But, it's pretty good so far, I'm only about 20 pgs in though!
Jenny wrote: "I'm DNF-ing Game of Thrones for the moment. It's getting a bit more descriptive than I can deal with. I may go back to it at some point. This is the third book I've started and set aside so far t..."
I DNFed too,for the same reason. And I was listening to it. I just couldn't go on with all the blood and gore in my ear.
I love the show though.
ShoSho wrote: "I just couldn't go on with all the blood and gore in my ear."I was truly sick of it by the fourth book... And the fifth - if you can believe it - is much, much worse. I only slugged through it because several people waited for me to get the book from the library before starting it as a "buddy read." Ugh. It is a shame, too, because now I have no desire to watch the show.
Jenny wrote: but on TV I'm like, holy crap, did you see that??? (That was my legitimate reaction to one of the episodes.) ..."Haha that was my reaction the first 5 minutes of the first episode.
