Hi! I am new to Goodreads as well as the NBBC. I searched the groups and this one fit. Could anyone give me some tips? How to navigate the site? How to best use this message board? I welcome any advice! Can't wait to start reading and getting to know each of you! :o)

I came here computer illiterate, and was able to gain the discernment to go about this thing and a whole new world has opened up, so I know you will catch on quickly!
Of course, Jessica (very kindly), offered to put my book cover on where my photo is because I had no idea how to attach a photo of myself! At least I am on the photo, even with my back turned feeding bread to the seagulls in Galveston! (thanks Jessica)

Ok, found the challenge. I cannot do it at this time. I work in publishing and as of right now, have a stack of 10 books on my desk that my boss has given as required reading. So sadly, I have to focus on that. But I read fast and maybe next challenge I can join in. :o)

Hi, I am also new to the TNBBC and am really glad I joined. I was scanning the books you are all reading and loved the selection. I was wondering If anyone could tell me how you get the titles in a different color when posting?

Andrea, welcome to the group. The different color is a hyperlink that takes you right to the book. You can do it by clicking on the "add book/author" link directly above your post box. When you click it, just type in the book or author you want, and search. When you see it, click "add" and ta-da... it appears :)
