Can a book with the same ISBN have different covers? I searched for ISBN 0007120710 but the edition that comes up is a different cover to the one I own.

Yes, this is common and requires an Alternate Cover Edition.Did you look through the Other Editions of the book to see if it exist already. Only one book can contain the ISBN in the search, but Alternate Cover Edition can be added without the ISBN and a note as to the ISBN.
I see you have librarian status so you can follow the Adding an Alternate Cover instructions from the manual.
I did check the other editions and it wasn't there, which is why I thought I should ask before I did anything. :) Thank you!
