Since you're now a mod, you :
- are automatically allowed to have more than 3 characters
- watch over the discussions and make sure the members are following the rules
- create discussions and topics
- help watch over the entire community
- basically the basic things a mod does (etc. it's night on my end and those are the basic things I thought of from the top of my head)
