Beta reader needed for in progress fantasy novel.

Looking for someone to help me out with this. This is my first try at anything on this scale and it's rather daunting. Hopefully, having someone to share it with will provide some motivation.

Would be nice to have a stable deadline. Something along the lines of a chapter/week, looking to keep it loose at first, then get more intensive as the work progresses.

I am rather thick-skinned, so anything goes as long as it's at least somewhat constructive.
