Help Removing Authors from an Unpublished Anthology

Good morning! I am publishing an anthology on the 26th and I had two more authors drop out. When I try to remove them, I get "Error: Try Again". Could you remove FF McCulligan and Kendra L Saunders from The Stroke of Midnight?
