So in the comments box there is some text to the right that says (some HTML is ok) click that and it gives you a list of useful html that goodreads accepts. on it one says (<)img src... blah blah /img that is how you embed images
Just copy and paste what they say there add your URL of the image into the "quotes" and probably delete the bit that says height and width unless you want to have the image a specific size. And I don't think the mobile version has this help menu on the corner of the box but you can still copy the html text from somewhere else and put in your comment field it will work the same way
