A romance series about three sisters that work construction and go by masculine nicknames? [s]

So what little I remember is that the three sisters Mickaela (Mike), Samantha (Sam) and a third sister, who I think went by Ron, worked construction/plumbing/. I'm really only interested in Mickaela's book for a friend, she was saving money to buy her dream house, one that she planned to fix up to perfection-one tiny detail I remember is that she wanted these ridiculous parrot handles for the kitchen cabinets-when her love interest buys it out from under her and then hires her to fix it up.

Sorry I don't remember more, I think she also ended up getting pregnant despite having been in a terrible car accident that should have left her infertile, and she had twins.
