I renamed one of my books and it has a new cover. How can I get it changed here?

If a book has a new cover, we do not remove the old one (unless it was NEVER published). Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... and http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/85...

Sorry, we keep old titles, too. Book records have to match covers as much as possible.

Since you are the author of the book, you can set the new book to be the default (primary) edition. http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/31...
The new book is already the default edition.
errr wait, I take it back. I'm not sure what's the default edition at the moment. But regardless, once you set the new title/cover edition as the default, that is what will appear on your author profile.
