Let me apologize for the lateness of my reply! Have been offline (slaving away) writing the next phonebook-sized tome.
I understand you weren't able to find KyCH currently. Allow me to explain. The original novel has been pulled down (both print and e-reader versions) due to me signing on with a publisher authors of apocalyptic fiction.
