They are both valid editions (one for the paperback and one for the Kindle), but now they are properly combined and under the correct author name.
As far as the fan button goes, it's exactly where it should be. You just won't see it on your own author profile.

I am new to this site and I'm not sure about how the friends and fans tags work. Is a fan someone you don't know at all? Or can someone be a friend and a fan?

So I have a situation and I'm not sure how to fix it! I uploaded my book Captured Minds and then did my author profile. I used the name Ra Odum for my general user profile but when I made my author profile I used RA Odum. Now my book is posted with both Ra Odum and RA Odum. The one with Ra Odum doesn't have a cover and I was wondering if there was a way to remove it. Also, because its listed twice my author profile RA Odum doesn't have the become a fan button on it. I'm not sure how this happened but if anyone knows how to fix this problem let me know! Thank you! Sorry if this was confusing!
