last year, two of my friends did it! And this year, five of my friends are doing it!

Oooh. Cool. I'm curiouse though, what were your novels the other years you did NaNoWriMo? I've read you're discription for Walking Shadow ((and it sounds awesome) But what were your other NaNo stories about?

do you get to make your own goal in nanowimo? and what if you make your goal but that isn't the end of your story?

You make your own goal in young writers program (YWP). But the offical nanowrimo is 50k. Of course, you can set your personal goal higher but most people stick with the 50k.

If you make the goal but the story hasn't finished, then you keep writing. If you want. Some people don't want to keep writing, because they believe that their novel is awful. Others have determination. I admire them.

Wow, I know this is totally late. This is before I wrote Walking Shadow … Daaammnnn. Well, my NaNo '08 novel was Injection, then the two before that failed utterly … One of them was this idea that inspired Moon Rise, which is a book Sella and I wrote together. The other was this weird thing with no title, about these kids who were kidnapped during a lockdown at their school and were like sent off into the woods to fight werewolves. O_o haha
