2. I choose that book because I wanted to travel deep int the harry potter series again.
3.The author spices up the story. What I mean by this is something may be unclear in the story, but later on it will start to make more sense.
4. The storyline remains intact
5.The story is told from the perspective of the main character and the author respectively.

2. I chose to read this book because I am a fan of the TV adaptation. I got the book as an ebook so I could read it sooner.
3. Nagaru sets up the situation of the series very well as we see it through the eyes of our main character Kyon. At first it would seem that this series is just about some people in a weird club. Then that idea is thrown out the window when Kyon's fellow club members tell him their secrets, and that there is much more to Haruhi then just being an pushy eccentric high schooler. When Kyon watches the fight between alien club member Nagato and the class president Ryoko Asakura (also and alien, sadly a crazy one) it stapled into our minds that this is definitely not realistic fiction.
4. The series does not give many concrete answers to many parts of the series. (Ex. What is Haruhi) We get theories and possibilities, but we usually have to decide for ourselves. So a lot of the exposition is important to making conclusions on the series.
5. Development is usually made with all of the above, primarily dialogue and vivid description. The book goes straightforward chronologically. Kyon reflects on the events surrounding him constantly. We also get a lot of dialogue from characters explaining what the series is about, as well as vivid descriptions of what is happening through Kyon's narration.

2) I found it in the school library and I liked the cover
3) The author gave the protagonist visions of a boy she likes that is dead and she doesn't know if the visions are real or not. The author makes the visions happen while the protagonist is watching things (tv, billboards, movies).
4) Her life is boring and maybe these visions will help her think more. They are affecting her and that makes the story interesting,
5) The author uses vivid description in the book to make the reader see what she sees. Her visions are very clear and it makes you almost feel like you're having the vision.

2. Why did you choose to read this book, or how did you come to read it?: I choose to read this book because Patrick thought it my help me understand drawings better and he was right.
3. Comment on the ways the author sets out a well-developed conflict or situation?: In my book there is no conflict it just helps me become a better artist.
4. What is the significance in the exposition (development) of the text of this conflict or situation?:Without any conflict in in a naval there would not be a villion in the story.
5. Dialogue is used in the development of conflict or at least can be used but there can also be events and groups that build up conflict.
