Merging Ebook and Paperback

Hi, How do I get these two versions of my book to merge? I want to do a giveaway, but since they are separate, I guess it's not letting me. The reviews are on the ebook, and and I definitely don't want to lose my reviews. Thank you for any help you can give me.

The books are appropriately combined by GR standards, merging would be to delete one version.

If you are having problems listing a giveaway you need to contact GR Support

Edit: In addition, please do not change data on published books, add new editions if a later edition is published
