This book came out in the late(ish) 90s or early 00s. It features a woman who dates then marries a rich man and moves with him to Monte Carlo. He is a 'frog' (and the words frog/kissing may be in the title), and she flirts with another more handsome man. She has an affair with the handsome man, but blindfolded, and it turns out she is pregnant and it was her husband all along. She realizes she indeed loves her husband after giving birth and runs out after him with the baby. The husband is an art critic and grows increasingly handsome throughout the book.
