Same! I skimmed the whole thing because I couldn't get through it.
Requiem was horrible too so I never finished the Delirium series.
Days of Stars and Light or whatever the second Daughter of Smoke and Bones series is called...

Beautiful Bastard by Christina Lauren. Seriously, I just read like 20 pages and after that could NOT read more! that book was senseless for me.
Inkheart . It took me. 13 times to read it completly. Then i abandoned inkspell

Yeah, I'm with Matched on that one! And I never finished the Beautiful Creatures series either! I think the movie ruined that one for me..
Ooh, I forgot Inkheart! I read it twice and stopped, now I'm buddy reading it...And Matched... almost. I stopped for a week, but it was almost due (It was a library copy) so I finished it. It was actual better then I thought...still not my fav...
I couldn't finish The Dark Hills Divide...so boring >.<
I barely finished Beautiful Creatures. I've read sooo many good reviews about it, but i found it very boring!
Life expectancy by Dean Koontz- to weird. Also I never finished the lying game series or the missing series.
Under the Never Sky and Jane Eyre. They just started off boring and plain and there were some many more important books on my list to read so I abandoned them, but I'll probably try them again later

It sounds like a very good book and I'll probably try it again later. Is the second one good? That might push me to try to read the first one again

I do admit there are some slow parts in the book, but they usually only last for a few pages. There is also more action in the second book.
The Matched series, and I stopped reading the Divergent series about halfway through Insurgent. I just got frustrated and bored.
Ok I read Matched twice. The first time I read it, I really enjoyed it, but ten second time I HATED IT! I think the reason that I liked it the first time was because the book I had to read for school sucked, so anything seemed good compared to that! I gave the second book a chance, but there was no way I could finish it :(

The first couple chapters are a little slow but after that it takes off.

Clockwork Angel gets better! The Clockwork series is focused around the beautiful writing, the pretty setting, the drama, and the characters. There is action, just not as much as some other series.

Yay!! The second and third books have more action, but trust me, there will be action :)
