I have it. It basically tells u everything you need to know about shadowhunters and the shadow world. I would definitely buy it if I were you!

I have it and I personally think it was worth buying. You get much more information about the shadowhunters, and with Jace, Clary, and Simon's banter back and forth, it was like I was reading a part of the series that was unknown to the rest of the world. I felt like I got more out of the Codex than just information about the shadow world.

i got it from the library and it has al the runes and fils kn blanks where like the books dont explians what runes she use
