SOLVED. Series about a female detective whose sisters killer is obsessed with her? [s]

About a year ago, I had a Kindle, with a lot of books on it, and one series that I loved was wiped off of it when it broke.

Here's what I can remember:
-A female detective/PI.
-A Italian male with a younger sister that the protagonist helps somehow, which is how they meet, I think he's part of a mafia or something, and I think his brother is a FBI agent or something?
-A serial killer who killed her younger sister and is now obsessed with the main character.
-I think he grabs one of the girls by her car? I'm not sure which book it is, but I think it's either the second or third book.
-I'm also pretty sure that at some point he manages to kidnap her and locks her in a room with another girl.

It isn't much, but hopefully it's enough to help find the book/series I'm going on about?

Lauren, your Amazon cloud on the web-site will have all of your books in it. Have you checked there? I'm assuming that the serial killer is an arc that goes over several books? Or does he only appear in the one book?

What country is it set in? What city? Was it by a well-known author, obscure author? Self-published or name publisher?
