Any good suggestions for X and Q? I've been scouring a few lists and it seems most people use the same book for X.
Listopia sometimes has some good ideas. I attached a couple links to their lists below.
Books that begin with X, Y, Z: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/2...
Authors starting with X: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/4...
Q is for Quality: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/4...
Below are some of my ideas that I would like to read and some that I've pulled from others. Some of the titles look similar, but the books are different. Hope one of them looks good to you!

Xor: The Shape of Darkness

Queen of the Oddballs: And Other True Stories from a Life Unaccording to Plan
Q is for Quarry
Another idea that sometimes works for me is to think of a word that starts with the letter that I need (such as Quest for "Q", then type it into the book search box. Then, I just check out the books that fit my need and see if there are any that I like. Good luck!

Finished Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore today. I gave it 3 stars but the ending really tapered for me.
I felt the same way about Mr. Penumbra....Hopefully The White Queen will be a better read. Is this your first P.Gregory?
This is my first book by Philippa Gregory. I've heard good things so I'm looking forward to this one.
One of her books that I liked a lot was The Other Boleyn Girl, but I'm hoping to read more of her works soon. Happy reading!
What'd you think of Penumbra? I read that one last year and thought it was really fun. Joyland is on my 2014 list, too.

Finished Defiance today. I'll admit it wasn't my type of book. Not a big fan.Next up is The Goldfinch.
Lynn, me too, but some people really loved it. So I am gonna try it, already bought it. When I get to it, hopefully in a couple months, I'll let you know my thoughts.
I didn't like The Goldfinch, but I do think that there is a better target audience out there that will appreciate it more than me. I didn't like it because it was very detailed and had a slow moving plot for a 700 page book. It was a very deep book though, and when the plot was advancing, it was interesting.

I'll let you know later ...
Finished the Book Thief today. Was avoiding that one for a long time because I didn't think I would enjoy it. Boy was I wrong... Loved it.
I've been having a good selection of books lately. I loved the Ocean at the End of the Lane, the Book Thief, and now The Thirteenth Tale.
Finished Rebecca and starting The Notebook today. Starting to get down to those more difficult letters after this!
I hope Untamed City: Carnival of Secrets counts as a "U" book, because it was originally published as "Carnival of Souls".
I'm in!This is what I have so far and I will add to it as I go! :)
