2) Format needs adding - namely hardback
3) The attributed person needs to be changed to Thomas Hinde with the role of Editor adding.
4) Publishing information is that it was published by Book Club Associates in 1985
5) Page count needs adding of 351 pages.
6) Cover artwork can be found via ebay (if that's acceptable) here http://tinyurl.com/nw8h4gg
