Félix (habitseven) Not only is Starbux ubiquitous, but you'll find one on just about every corner.

I got a "salted caramel mocha" a couple months ago and they forgot to tell me they were out of salt (it was the end of the day), so it was just a caramel mocha. So typical. Not to TELL YOU they can't make the beverage you have ordered, before they have made you a slightly different one.

This is why I have so many bad dreams about Starbucks. (See dream thread.)

Félix (habitseven) I hate when I am in a busy airport terminal with one Starbux as the only place for coffee, and the line is about 40 people long.

And then you find out that each of those 40 people is saving a place in line for another person, so really it's 80 people in line.

Félix (habitseven) And it doesn't really matter because I have only 10 minutes before boarding time.

I think SP might be donut fixated. Didn't she just start a donut thread the other day and toss Heiders out for trying to talk about savory breakfast pastries.

SP, do we need to talk?

Sarah | 13814 comments This thread was about COFFEE when I started it. Somebody else added the doughnut co-theme later. Though you may notice that my answer to the doughnut question in the most recent thread is still exactly the same as my answer in this thread.

evie (ecie) | 4445 comments I like banana bread with my coffee, but mostly I just buy a coffee and nothing else. I don't exercise enough.

Okay, SP...okay.

*pushes plate of crullers toward Sarah*

I noticed. Cider doughnuts have that kind of effect.
