I have a one star rating on a book that is not available in any form to read or review at this point. It's not yet on Net Galley and ARCs are not yet ready, yet someone gave it a 1 star rating. How is that possible, and can anything be done to remove that rating? Checking the profile, it appears this individual has given 902 1 star reviews w/o comments and lists no books. I think this might be a spammer.

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Feedback Group. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or related issues. Closing thread.
