Cover upload

Hi there, normally I have no problems with my covers. However, for some reason my latest book cover doesn't appear on Amazon or Book Depository. I've contacted my publisher who have sent me the cover, but how do I get it uploaded onto Goodreads prior to listing a giveaway? I'm baffled this time around. My kindle cover is listed, but this is the paperback with two books and also features another author that I'm giving away. I want to ensure I don't mislead readers about what I'm giving away.
