The Giver is a very insightful book, definitely not a thriller. But still, a very well written book.

To Kill a Mocking Bird, Looking for Alibrandi, Romeo and Juliet, The Outsiders and Much Ado about Nothing. They are the only ones that I remember
I've had to read and analyze Romeo and Juliet twice as well as to kill a mockingbird twice. So, if you need any assistance, I would be glad to help :) also I've read the outsiders for school but that was quite a few years ago so I don't exactly remember everything about it.
In 8th grade I went to private school and I read Romeo and Juliet and Mockingbird there. Then I decided to make the switch to public school freshmen year so everything I did in 8th grade English I pretty much did Freshmen year. It was quite boring.
Quite. Though To Kill a Mockingbird is such a great book, it's one of those books where you discover new things each time through.
I had to read alot of books for school over the past few years.Phantom Tollbooth, Island of the Blue Dolphin, Tuck Everlasting, Maniac Magee, Nothing But the Truth, An Ocean Apart a World Away, The Outsiders, Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry, Jurassic Park, Romeo & Juliet, Animal Farm, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Time Machine, A Doll's House, A Man Who Was Almost a Man, and The Great Gatsby
