"Except for Jace, but he was nourish I guess. Alex and Isabel were really nice though..." She bite her lip, Alec was her only friend she could trust. But he was all ready partnered up with Jace. She couldn't just tell these strangers about her past. Not anymore then she had all ready.

Miranda was going to agree with Sierra, but at that moment, Alec entered, carrying a pizza box and looking slight grouchy, like a kid that had just been woken up from a nap. "You guys ordered pizza, right?" He said, looking cooly at the Sierra, Miranda, and Amy. "Well it's here.""By the Angel," Miranda said, her eyes lighting up. "I'm so glad it's here! I was starving!" She ran over and plucked the pizza box out of Alec's hands.
"Isabelle doesn't seem nice at all." Sierra said. She had seen that Alec could be nice but chose not to, maybe beacause he didn't like people in general but she'd never seen Isabelle being remotely nice to anyone except Alec and Jace.
Amy tried backing up, but realized she was against a wall. "Alec, what changed you? You were so nice, now your not. I shouldn't have let my dad talk me into coming here." She said and went upstairs again.
"What's she on about?" Alec asked, his grouchy expression gone, replaced with one of confusion and puzzlement. "Coming back? Yesterday was her first day!" He looked slightly hurt at being told he wasn't kind anymore, even though he has no idea what Amy was talking about."Boys," Miranda muttered, putting the pizza box down on a counter and opening it up, savoring the cheesy smell that wafted out of it. She reached down and picked up a slice. "You're kind of oblivious, Alec."
Alec scowled at her, "You're kind of annoying. And you didn't answer my question." Quite fed up with Miranda, he showed very little patience towards her.
"Try imagining her blonde," Miranda replied, biting into her pizza. She let the warm bread melt in her mouth, enjoying each bite.
Alec squinted his eyes in concentration, trying to imagine Amy without her ridiculous hair, and then it clicked. "It can't be,"He breathlessly said, astonished. "Amethyst?!"
Amy came back down and grabbed a piece of pizza. "Figure it out yet Alec?Have did before you did."She smiled. Rolling her eyes and sat down next to Miranda.
Sierra sat there, eating her piece of pizza, wondering how to react to this conflict. She wanted to leave but wanted to do it subtley.
"Is it really you?" Alec asked, his eyes wide. He still couldn't believe it was actually Amethyst, couldn't believe that an old childhood friend was standing right in front of him. "Why didn't you just say so?" Alec was slightly hurt that Amy hadn't told him, it was as though she didn't want to Tell him anything.
"I wanted you all to figure it out, Have did right away. And you were mean to me, and them. Why? When I was here hyphenated new people to come."she explained. Then though that he'd be hurt by this, "I'm sorry Alec, but I didn't think I needed to tell any of you. Kinda forgot I didn't dye my hair until I got to London."
"Well..." Alec hesitated, realizing Amy still didn't know about Magnus... Or about his sexuality in general. "A lot has happened since you left," He said cryptically, hoping to not have to talk about Magnus. He still felt guilty about it, and he could feel tears coming on, but he bit them back. "Something happened that put me in a bad mood is all."
"Ohhh... is it Jace? He always makes you mad and cranky." She asked. He did always do that, but something told her it had nothing to do with Jace."

((Okay, then sure. But she's going to be disappointed really soon.))"Yeah sure," Alec said, eagerly jumping on the suggestion. "Let's go with that." He was glad that he didn't have to come out to Amy right at this moment, glad that he didn't have to talk about Magnus just yet.
(Yup. As you can tell I'm extremely bored and can't fall asleep so my mind is going to weird places.)"Ok, what did he do?" She asked awkwardly, trying to not have silence, which she hated very much.
"Broke my phone," Alec said quickly, which was true, but that wasn't the reason Alec was in a bad mood. Blushing slightly, he repeated, awkwardly, "Yup, he broke my phone.""Really?" Miranda asked, finishing the last of her slice of pizza. "And that's cause for you to be a total jerk? God forbid he break Television, or you tablet. Sheesh."
Alec glared at her, knowing that it would take a long time to get fully used to her presence. "Well you'd be upset if someone broke your phone." He sounded rather defensive, which he immediately regretted because it made him sound suspicious.
((I'm back now btw , guess I can't sleep either :p))
"Broke your phone? Okay then." She asked confused. It made sense, but not for being such a jerk. It was definitely something else.
"Anyways, you might as well eat you lunch, you know, before Miranda finishes it," He said this while eyeing Miranda with a look of annoyance.Miranda glared at him, took another piece, and bit into it defiantly, making a big deal out of chewing her bite. Whether or not he had been nice before, Alec was a real jerk right now. Amy could want to bond with him, but that didn't mean she had to.
"Leave some for Jace, I'm fine." Amy said, again filling in silence. "Where's Isabel? How come she isn't here?"
"I don't know," Alec said, a general air of disinterest in his voice. "She's either training or in her room." He turned towards the doorway, "I'm going to go read a book in the library now, have fun with lunch."
"Yeah, cause that'll be possible when Jace comes." She said as she got up. Waving to Miranda and Sierra. "I'm going to meet my dad and brother at the airport." And then she ran out of the room.

"Well then," Miranda said, pausing for a moment to look slightly shocked at the fast pace in which the events had occurred. However, her shock wore off, and she looked at the pizza, grinning, "I guess that means more for you and me!"At that moment, James entered the room, looking slightly dazed, but still cheery. His hair was messed up, and it looked as though he had been sleeping, even though it was past noon. "I took a nap," He said groggily, yawning. "Did I miss anything?"
"No. Nothing much." Sierra said. "Just a very huge reunion where there were a lot of surprises which I'm still wondering about now." she gave him a strange look, noticing his messed up hair. "Were you sleeping?"
Jace came in smirking, "finally recognise your old girlfriend Alec? You should've a while ago." He grabbed a piece of pizza and stuffed it in his face. " Where is she anyway? Scare her off?"
Alec stopped dead in his tracks, not making it out of the room. He flushed a bright shade of pink, and then said, in a slightly hurt voice, "Did you really just make a joke about me having a girlfriend? And, no, I didn't scare her off. She went over to pick up her family from the airports."James awkwardly stood in the doorway, not feeling welcome in this conversation. He walked over to where Sierra and Miranda were, taking a seat next to Sierra. "I was sleeping, by the way," He said, out of the corner of his mouth, to Sierra. "That's generally how people take naps."
Sierra raised her eyebrows as he sat next to her. She subtely moved away a little. "Well, I did not know that at all." she said sarcastically. "Though I always assumed it was little kids who took naps in the afternoon?"
"Yes I did just make that joke Alec. Did you tell her about it? Cause she's in love with you, if you can't see that the you're blind." Jace said simply and ate the rest of his pizza.
Alec squinted his eyes at Jace, wondering why he was making jokes like this. "It's not funny," He said, angrily, fists clenched. "Just the opposite in fact."James proudly grinned at Sierra, "Well, I'm a kid at heart, so that makes sense." He took a slice of pizza, grabbing an empty plate on the counter, and laying the slice on top.
"She is, can't you see that Alex? Amethyst is in love with you, tell her before she thinks you like her. She isn't that mentally stable right now, jet lag and being away from her parabati, but she was always good friends with you. She hates me, she yelled that at me today. She couldn't love me."
"Big shocker," Miranda muttered, rolling her eyes. "Someone actually doesn't love Jace Herondale." "What are you on about?" Alec demanded, his face going red. It was one thing to joke about, but to stick with it in all seriousness was just cruel. "Amy just got here yesterday! And what's this about love? We haven't seen her since we were ten!"
"Yeah, she had a crush on you then, and so know she still does. Alex, she told me that right before she moved to London. And I don't know one hundred percent that she still likes you. But it's obvious she still does, look at how she was a acting."

She shook her head at him but then nodded. "Yeah. Guess you're right." she said. "You should start acting more mature." she rolled her eyes.
Alec let out an impatient sigh, clearly not believing Jace. "She doesn't 'love' me, and we're barely friends. How could we be great friends if I haven't seen her in 8 years? We'd have to at least catch up first.""Never!" James exclaimed, a look of mock horror on his face. "That would be boring." He grinned slightly at Sierra, who looked very pretty today. "Where's the fun in maturity?"
"There is a lot of fun in maturity." she said, realising she was talking to him more than she ought to. She was not a person who made friends very easily. "Just ask me." she said. "I definitely am not a child at heart like you."
"Yeah," He said, getting up and retrieving the orange juice. Once he had gotten back to the table, he poured himself a glass, and continued, giving her a good natured smile. "That's why your grumpy. You need to let loose every once in a while. Have you ever been bowling?" He asked, drinking some of his orange juice.
"Crush's last a long time Alec, you'd know..." He trailed off. "Nevermind, forget about that, but she does. Think about it."
Jace said and grabbed another piece of pizza
Alec flushed a brilliant shade of red, his eyes tearing up slightly. Clenching his fists, he looked as though he wanted to hit Jace and sit down at cry at the same time. He knew exactly who Jace was referencing to. "F-fine," Alec said, releasing his fists. "I'll tell her."

"And why are you asking me this. Are YOU planning to take me bolwling?" she looked at him suspiciously.
"Well I mean, I'd consider it," James finished off the last of his orange juice, looking content. He looked at Sierra, a slight smile playing on his face, "I think going bowling would be good for you. Or maybe an amusement park. I hope that you've been on a rollercoaster," His eyes widened. "You have been on a roller coaster, haven't you?"
"Yes I have." she said "Of course I have. I was eight years old. I screamed most of the time. I hardly remember anything else." she looked over at him, realizing she was telling him a lot about herself. "I don't think I would like bowling." she said.
"You get to throw a heavy ball at some stick and have to knock them over," He said, shrugging. "You might find out you like it. It might be a good stress reliever or a good training exercise." James looked at her, hoping she'd at least try bowling.
"Amy should be back in half an hour, you can tell her then. You have fun with that." Jace said patting Alec's shoulder, and then walked out.
