I am currently reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. Any thoughts??? Don't know if I should continue, I don't like mind-blowing fantastical stuff.

I vote +1 for continuing. Although it is very mind-blowing fantastical :) I also suggest the audiobooks.

you should definitely keep reading. I admit it's a little dense, but if you just let the flow of it take you, it's very satisfying.
