Hey all. Read a historical romance novel several years ago. A father, I think in Scotland, was wedding off a daughter to wealthy nobleman. They had to compete but one didn't want to win. She disguised herself but he picked her anyway. After abandoning her he was totally surprised she was beautiful!! Thanks for helping!!
