~ Aaron & Niran ~

She was not in the right mind to consider such things, she was not okay to think about plans or even the problems in this room that created a slight atmosphere.
But she had made her choice anyway.
"Deal", she said, smirking to herself, knowing she was getting his blood whether he liked it or not. Though she did not know if this was a side effect of his blood, she would just have to see.
Mina did not care what happened to her, all she wanted was what was in that hunter; blood, power, energy and more blood.
She did not know why or even have an explanation for what was happening, but right this second she did not care nor did it bother her. She simply lay on the ground, looking up at the ceiling, then she looked to the hunter and said," At least make it look like we've just had sex, so then they won't get suspicious. If they know something is wrong with me they won't think twice about killing you".
And that was the truth. Her guards and people were ruthless, they seemed to think they had no laws in place for them.

But what could he possibly do? He didn't have a choice. Or did he? "Why can't you just call for them to back off?" he sighed.
But he didn't waste anymore time. As he was asking the question, he was already lifting her off the floor and slinging her over his shoulder. It was a big risk he was taking. He was as vulnerable as ever then.
He hesitated when he saw all the broken things on the floor. Did she expect him to clean everything up?
He glanced around the room. In fact, the whole room looked like it had just endured a supernatural fight. Which, on a certain level, was true. The door was half broken, more broken items littered the floor and worse of all there was a patch of Mina's blood on the floor.
He was scowling by then, utterly confused. Was she trying to trick him? He still had her slung over his shoulder, but didn't bother to set her down yet.
"Why do we need to do so? They won't believe our charade anyway. The place is a mess. And I don't think playing dirty would help my-" he paused. "Our cause," he corrected himself.

She let out a slight hiss to warn him of his behaviour, she was weak but when she got better she could kill him.
But she wouldn't, his blood was too previous to let it dry out in a lifeless body. She didn't like the way he was man handling her, as if she were a doll or toy to be thrown around with. But then again that's how the vampires treated humans.
"Remember, if they find out you are the one who is dying, not me", she said, a bit too bitter and harsh with her tone. Though she was simply doing him the favour of warning him before he jumped ahead with this.

Arthur's eye twitched with incredulity and disbelief. They liked it so rough to the point that they made the room a mess? A havoc and chaos? How many hotels and motels have they done this to? Poor hotel manager. The repair job probably did cut down his salary by a fraction.
Without another word, he placed her back down on the bed. He grimaced when he saw her blood starting to seep through the sheets. In all his life, he had always dealt with blood and death. But he wasn't exactly ready to lie next to a bleeding vampire who would have every chance to kill him. He quickly pulled the sheet from under the bed and turned it around, flipping her blood coated surface underside.
He gingerly slid into bed next to her. How would he know if it wasn't a trap? Guess time would tell. He couldn't exactly expect Mina to tell him that she planned on using the bouncers once they were in. He could attack them, sure. But he was at a huge disadvantage, considering he only had one weapon to rely on.
That reminded him of his stake. He jumped off the bed to retrieve his stake once more. He slid it back into it's sheath in it's bloody glory before sliding back in with her.
"How do you want to do this?" he asked nervously. Did she really expect him to let loose his pants and...? The question hung in the air as the tension grew between them. Or maybe it was just him. He wasn't sure.

She then removed her hand and moved her fingers through her hair, moving around the pieces and making it slightly messy.
She looked aside to the hunter, looking into his eyes and telling him," Shut your eyes, hunter, by do not fall asleep".
She wanted her guards to see that she had at least exhausted the man instead of she being exhausted, after all it was what they expected from her. She shifted slightly so that she looked more of the part and then got her phone from her pocket.

He blinked at her when she suddenly withdrew her hand to mess up her own hair, utterly confused. She had the strength to have another pint of his blood. Why did she stop? Her hand was soothing, though, when she tried to mess up his hair, and he was surprised he was a bit disappointed when she withdrew.
His own hand quickly shot out to mess his hair a bit more as he eyed her pulling out her phone. Closing his eyes, he let his hands fall beside him limply. He tried to look as exhausted as possible, which wasn't exactly hard. He was indeed quite tired. Not from blood loss, thanks to the serum. But tired from the day's events in general.

"Stefan, Kyle, you may go. I do not need protecting here, the human is all tired out", she smirked, raising her eyebrows slightly. She looked at Stefan and then at Kyle, who seemed slightly suspicious and on edge.
"Dears, did you not hear me?", she asked.
Stefan shook his head," Of course we heard you, Mam. But are you sure?".
Mina looked aside to the wall, sighing in disappointment and looking back at Stefan. Though this time she simply smiled and nodded her head," Do not be, I am fine. Trust me, blood of mine, I shall return before day light. For now you must go". She then looked back at Kyle and smiled to him also, bowing her head as he returned that respect. Before she could blink the door was shut and her guards were gone. She quickly turned to the hunter and put her hand over his mouth, shushing him.
But she was not threatening him, nor was she trying to hurt him. She placed a finger on her lips to tell him to keep his mouth shut for moment, for the vampire guards could here from the entrance of the motel.
She heard then get into their car and leave.
"You may speak now", she sighed.

He fully withdrew his stake anyway, just in case. Her touch was not one of threat, and he got the signal that she was simply trying to keep him silent. But he always liked to be on the safe side. He had listened to their whole conversation with perked ears, and he was quite certain that Mina was indeed helping him. At least, she was doing so for the mean time.
When she finally allowed him to speak, he did so. "What was that for?" he asked as he quickly got off the bed, still grabbing on to his stake. He didn't want to risk another second of vulnerability next to a psychopath, albeit beautiful vampire that was apparently addicted to his blood.
His deal came into mind, but he quickly squashed the thought of honoring his side. He was not going to feed her even a drop of his blood. It disgusted him. Besides, he couldn't afford her to suddenly regain her strength and attack him. Worse, kidnap him into whatever dungeon she lives in.

Why did they send such mishaps to deal with the vampires when they were truly clueless?
Mina then looked at the hunter again, tilting her head slightly and observing him before scowling.
"Now what will you do with me,hunter? You better think quickly because I feel myself getting better", she teased, smirking darkly at herself and at him. She couldn't help but to poke and prod at the human just slightly, it amused her and made her feel entertained.
((I'm sorry it's so short, I really didn't know what else to write))

"I don't see how they could have heard us. They couldn't even hear your shouts of distress when I locked you into this room. And with the chaos..." he trailed off, gesturing to the room. "I don't think your bouncers are as useful as I thought them to be."
He pointedly ignored her second remark. He knew that she was indeed teasing him, but he still liked to stay safe. He sheathed his stake and glanced around the room nonchalantly.
"I'll still need to get my backpack from the bar. I don't want your specimen to find out what I truly am by rummaging through it. But while I do that, I believe you'd be ecstatic to sit alone in my car for a moment, eh?" This time, it was his turn to smirk. Of course, he mentioned nothing of his blood or the deal.

"Have you completely lost your sanity, hunter?", she replied venomously," Do you not think it is dangerous enough already? Now you want to go back into the trap and you think you will not get recognised by my guards?". Mina did not understand what he was doing, he had her, what else did he need?
She was only worried because his blood could be wasted, and her priority was his blood. She needed it, but if he died what would she do?
Mina raised her eyebrows and widened her eyes at him, trying to push him to see what danger he was putting himself into.

He was soon going down in the lift, and when he hit ground floor, he scanned the lobby for any signs of vampiric activities. There seemed to be none, though. He was about to step out of the lift before he froze.
Fuck. He had forgotten all about the blood smeared at the collar of his shirt. His wound had healed well enough. But he looked extraordinarily suspicious, even to normal human security. He quickly withdrew back into the lift, and hit the button up back to his room bitterly.
Luckily enough, no one else entered the lift, and he met no one else in the corridor. Stupid vampire and their hunger for stupid blood. This would be hard for him.
He swiped his key card on the door to their room, and was soon entering the very much chaotic room once again.
"I think I'll skip that part and get you straight to our destination," he muttered in resignation.

"Very well", she replied, giving him a smirk.
But suddenly she felt everything in her become better, she moved the covers off of her and stood. Though she still felt weak, so she knew her vampire abilities were not strong, barely even there.
"Don't worry, I do not have my vampire abilities just yet. I don't feel them", she sighed, looking at her hands and the rest of her body.
She felt strange without them, her abilities have been with her since decades. She felt...human.
It all felt very different, and she was not used to this at all.

And by his estimated time, very soon. Too fast for him to completely get her to their destination on time.
He asked the question that had been bugging him since the bouncers left before he could lose his courage. "But what of my blood? It doesn't hold much meaning to you compared to water and food, yes?" he asked hopefully, eyeing her body language carefully.
Her stance seemed less graceful, more of a normal human than a full-fledged vampire. Of course, looks can fool. Or was it just him?

She shut her eyes and inhaled as much as she could, even though she didn't really need to. She just felt like she needed to at that time. She was slightly human now, without her vampire abilities, why not completely behave like a human?
"Stop being so suspicious, Christian", she said, pronouncing his so called name bitterly," I may be a vampire but I am not a liar, I keep my part of the deal, hunter".

He eyed Mina cautiously, observing her every movement. Either she was indeed really weak, or she was an excellent actress. Who knows? But his instincts told him the former was true.
But how? And why? Must be her blood loss. He still couldn't bring himself to believe her so called addiction to his blood. Never in recorded history has that happened.
He took the risk of letting his guard down. He sheathed his knife, but kept his eye on Mina. He debated whether he should help her. What harm could it bring? She already had so many chances at killing him. There wasn't a point for her tosuddenly lash out at him. Plus, he wanted to quickly end their time in the motel.
He gingerly went to her, and before she could complain, he scooped her up in his arms. The first unfiltered-by-hia-brains words he uttered was, "You're heavy." By then, he was already walked out into the corridor and kicking their room door shut. He walked briskly to the elevator and used Mina's knee that was hanging from his arms to press the button, calling the elevator.

She had her arms around his neck, though she wasn't going to snap it. She looked to him as he pressed the button with her knee and said nonchalantly," You still have not told me your real name, hunter. I know it is not Christian, how ironic that would be".
She knew that she couldn't call him human or hunter for much longer, the taste of those words on her mouth felt bitter and horrendous. She glanced towards her leg to see that the blood was started to slowly stop, though there was still some dripping out of her skin. Finally she looked back at him, raising her eyebrow to push him to tell her his real name.

He let her down gently by the passenger side, keeping in mind that she was still weak. At least, HOPEFULLY, she's still weak. He fished his keys from his pocket, his fingers brushing momentarily with his syringe. The cool glass was probably the cause of all this hassle. But yet again, it was that liquid in the syringe that has saved his sanity from being enslaved by a vampire.
He pulled out his keys and unlocked the door with a press of a button. The car's head and rear lights chirped cheerfully. Without another word, he walked around his sports car and entered the driver's side before starting up the engine.

The motel seemed so deserted, maybe because of the time of night though it still seemed strange to her.
She looked out of the window and sighed. The human had decided not to tell her his name, which angered her. If she had her abilities she would have threatened him or something, but it was better if she did not make situations worse than need be. Why would he not tell her his name? What was he hiding?
All she knew was that he was a hunter, but she wanted to know more of him.
She leaned her head against the seat and avoided his eye contact and ignored him completely.

He stole a glance at Mina and could tell that she was pissed. He sighed, frustrated. Was it just vampires, or all girls in general? They demand to have everything, and if they don't get what they want, they'll huff and puff.
"Arthur," he muttered under his breath. He regretted telling her his name the moment he said it. Why the heck did he tell her? Was he stupid or stupid? He glanced nervously at Mina, watching for her reaction.

She continued to look through the window and suddenly she remembered something.
She started to laugh slightly, chuckling and finally looking at him," You are the hunter everyone is talking about. Well, the vampire community warned me of you, and here I am".
So this was the quick and dangerous Arthur, human and vampire hunter. She couldn't help but to grin wickedly at him and shake her head.
"Well, I am honoured to be a hostage in your care. Otherwise if it was anyone else I would feel slightly offended that anyone would send any other hunter", she stated.

Arthur suddenly felt bad for her. He had no idea why. The thought of honouring his word, his side of the deal once again flashed before his mind. Maybe... but could he risk her turning all powerful and instead kidnapping him? He had a special handcuff made of special alloy that could maybe keep her hands together, but even with that, she'd be able to knock him out and get the keys for herself.
"Do you still want my blood?" he asked cautiously, testing the words. The thought still horrifies and disgusted him. The syringe in his pocket suddenly felt cold and heavy.

Whoever the client was must have been paying Arthur a lot of money, to go through all that danger that Arthur was willing to go through meant big bucks.
"Of course", she said calmly, replying to his blood question," That was the only reason I agreed to this".
Otherwise what would be in it for her?
She did not know what the client or even Arthur would do to her, but time would tell and her vampire abilities would heal her. Well, that depended on the type of weapon they used.
"Will the client torture me?", she asked, very simply and very calmly. She kept on looking out of the window, not really wanting to see Arthur's face return the reply she wanted to hear.

And to help her cause, he finally gave in. Reaching into his door's side pocket and retrieved the handcuff of interest. Wordlessly, he snapped it around Mina's wrist before she could react.
This time, before he could lose his courage, he took out the syringe. The liquid that had saved his life was completely pressed into his bloodstream. With a breath for courage, he uncapped the syringe, plunged it into his vein and started extracting 100 ml full of his blood, before withdrawing the needle.
Of course, he didn't hand it to Mina straight away. He was observing her reaction to the sight of his blood. He was using his shirt to cover the punctured hole in his wrist.

She was handcuffed, she knew that now but she struggled against then roughly, the handcuffs started to cause her skin to go red with how much she was yanking at them.
She let out a hiss and felt her eyes turn, when she was hungry they usually turned electric blue and she felt her fangs come out.
"The next thing you do better be to feed me what you bargained with, Arthur" she said, looking intensely at the syringe and his blood.

His eyes flicked to her cuffed hands. Long ago, his car dealer, which was an ex-hunter, had insisted that he also place a seat belt just as strong as those handcuffs that were made for vampires. Now, he could only thank him for his thoughtfulness. Arthur quickly jabbed a button by his steering wheel. A seat belt whipped around her waist and tightened. His eyes widened. Since when did they get such technology?
He watched her for a moment, hesitating. Even with her new restraint, he wasn't so sure. The last time she had a dose of his blood, she had gotten insane. She couldn't afford her thrashing around his car and demanding for more blood as he drove. That's it, he'll give it to her in the warehouse. That way she'd still be weak, weak enough for him to tie her up easily. Then after she was secured to a beam, he'd feed her his blood.
With that plan in mind, he cautiously placed the syringe's butt back onto the end and placed it in his door pocket carefully. "You'll have it later," was all he said.
He shook his head at himself chidingly. Why did he even care? Just to honour his word? His act would still be disgusting. Glancing anxiously at Mina one last time, he looked back straight ahead and drove his way out of the parking lot. Taking a ticket just to bypass the boom gate, he zoomed out into the night.

"Later?", she screamed, looking at him with hunger and anger.
But slowly, as she struggled against the forces that held her down, she realised that there was no point. She would not win against his machinery and human resources, so instead she shut her eyes. She tried to breathe in and out to forget the blood, to forget the hunter, to forget everything that had happened this night.
Mina knew that she was behaving like a stubborn child, but that's how things were when you teased a vampire with blood.
Especially the hunters blood, who gave her such life and excitement and power.
She looked out the window, avoiding him and her surroundings. She paid attention to the things outside: nature, roads, streets, the few people, the lights, the sounds.
Mina was foolish enough to not even think about what he and the client would do to her.
She was consumed by Arthurs blood.

But luckily, she stopped just as suddenly as she had started. Arthur risked a glance at her. She seemed to be suddenly content with the view outside the window. His eye twitched in disbelief. What was up with her mood swings? Of course, he wasn't complaining.
They drove in silence all the rest of the way, and finally reached outside the warehouse.
Now he had the problem of getting her into it and tying her up. She already had back her vampiric strength. Who knows what other things she is capable of? Or was she fooling him all along, suddenly only showing her powers when she saw his blood? Or maybe she was indeed so addicted and mad for his blood that she suddenly had back her powers? So many question marks.
He glanced at her nervously, debating if he should use a tranquiliser on her.
((Should he? She could lie to him n say that she promise to be cooperative, and the moment she was out of her seat belt, pounce on him for his blood?
Or he could use the tranquiliser and have her go into the warehouse. But then how'd they meet next time? o.O What would happen then?))

She could hear him glance, she could feel his eyes on her sometimes and she wondered why he even bothered to check on her.
Maybe to see if she was stable enough, maybe to see if she was calm enough to not hurt him.
But she still felt anger.
She smirked to herself as she felt the car stop and she saw the warehouse up ahead. Either he would trust her like a fool or he would drug her to make it easier for him.
Mina turned to Arthur with a straight face and asked with a dull emotion in her voice," What now, hunter?". She knew exactly what was coming, but she felt as though pouting, sulking or weeping at the fact that she was about to suffer was a more foolish and silly thing to do.
She would rather die with a smile than effect her pride and be such an idiot.
Sometimes Minas pride did get in the way, she was much too strong and insensitive to perish without a fight.
Or more like a war.
"If you trust me, I can go willingly", she said, looking into Arthur's eyes with a calm and cool expression.

Arthur narrowed his eyes on her suddenly very much collective and calm voice. She seemed to suddenly regain her composure. Why? Another mood swing? She-vampires were an exclusively confusing species. Or maybe she was trying to trick him. It was known for her species to use trickery upon their prey. He shivered and instinctively glanced down at the syringe of his blood by the door pocket. Was it a side-effect of his serum? Or was it just her? He had absolutely no idea, and he'd rather not know.
He quickly retrieved his tranquilser from under his seat, and making it seem that he was simply tying his shoe lace from Mina's view. He discreetly pocketed it and looked back towards Mina. He was in for one hell of a risk.
He pressed the button on his car to release her seat belt.

Mina looked down at her waist as she suddenly heard the clicking sound that the thing did.
She stared at it for a moment and then looked at Arthur, she smirked and waved her cuffed hands to point a finger at him," You do trust me!". Though she blatantly gave him a sarcastic reply.
Of course he didn't trust her, she was a sly little vampire and he was a smart and wise hunter who knew best. But just for this moment he was trusting her. She didn't know if she should be happy for herself or simple shake her head in disgrace at the hunter for being so foolish.
Mina moved her hands to open the door and get out, she just stared at the warehouse to see it was a big one. One that someone could easily get lost in, lost and never found.
"If only the venue had been more classy", she commented bitterly, but she knew herself how frightened yet angered she felt towards this so called client. This could be the end of her, if they used the right things.
Her bitter comment was to cover up her true frightened emotions, she didn't want the hunter to acknowledge the fact that she even felt such things as fear.

Arthur sighed regretfully. "I don't trust you. I trust the metal pieces that bound your wrists together, along with my reflexes," he muttered, almost inaudibly under his breath. Of course, he didn't let her listen to what he just said. He glanced at the seat that Mina had occupied, and grimaced. She did some heavy damage to the headboard, and now his seat and carpet was soaked with blood. Stupid bleeding vampire.
He retrieved the syringe and placed it in his left pocket. He hoped as hell if she pounced on him, he didn't mess up with syringe contains what. He didn't want to give her more power as she drank from him. Opening his own door, he stepped out of his car. He slammed the door close and locked it, a happy 'chirp' sounding from his car. He pocketed his keys and looked around.
The streets seemed empty enough. He wasn't sure to be grateful or dreadful. Then again, he should not have a problem dealing with Mina. He was trained to deal with her species anyway. But she seemed more... powerful than the rest of her kin, even before consuming his blood. He wondered why.
"Go on. Get in," he urged as he stood a few feet behind her, eyeing her cautiously.

She wanted to kill him, she wanted to kill that client of his for paying Arthur to bring her here.
Why had she fallen for this so quickly and easily?
Why had she allowed herself to be played around like a pawn? Bitter emotions started to flare up inside of her as she realised what a fool she had been, she was mockery to the vampire race. How could she be their ruler?
Without thinking anything through she sprang towards the hunter, which made him fall on his back and her on top of him. She hissed at him; her mouth extended and her fangs pointed and sharp.
Her eyes an angry and frightening blue that expressed how she felt immensely. She wanted what she had come here for, what she was risking her life for.
"I came here to get what I want, Arthur", she snarled, looking down at him and putting her cuffed hands on his chest, holding him down.
Mina could hear the blood flowing through his veins, his heart beating faster. She slowly leaned in, closer and closer into his neck..

Does that suck? =/ ))

He turned back to Mina. He noticed how dreamy her face looked. Good. Then maybe his plan would indeed work. "So, you want more of my blood, Mina?" he asked as he went to squat beside her. "You want this?" he whispered tauntingly as he waved cracked and slightly sore wrist in front of her. Of course, he wasn't stupid enough to hold it there for long. He quickly withdrew his hand.
"I'll make you a deal, Mina. If you somehow, anyhow manage to get the bouncers that were shadowing us to leave us be, let us walk free without them constantly watching us, I just might give you a drop or more of my blood. Deal?" he inquired.
He disgusted himself just by using his blood to banter, even in such desperate moments. Of course, he had no intention on keeping to his side of the promise. She was addicted to it, right? So he could use it to his full advantage. Unless she was really delusional, and was simply too drunk that she thought his blood was addictive. But for some reason she did seem weak, considering her wound wasn't healing. It couldn't possibly be because of his blood. No, he simply refused to believe so.
Arthur glanced down at the wound on her leg, a twinge of guilt forming in his throat. He quickly glanced back at her expectantly.
