Who Wants To Be A Moderator?

A moderator is an administrator -- A member with special settings enabling them to have more power over the group than non-moderators. As well as the normal member privileges, they have the power to delete and edit discussion topics, ban members from the group, and other such actions. They are responsible for managing the group, reinstating rules, and generally maintaining order among the members. They also have special rights in certain games.
