This is definitely my favorite book that I've read so far. In I'm Not Her by Janet Gurtler it is so realistic and could have very well happened to anyone before. The book is about a family that is faced with some gruesome news. The main two characters in this book are Kristina and Tess, they are complete opposites. Kristina is the sporty, pretty, and popular one. While Tess is the quite one that focuses on school more. The thing that changed everything was the diagnosis of cancer to Kristina. Almost everyone can relate or connect to the topic of cancer. Whether its family or friends that are affected by it you can still see how it changes someone's life just like it did for their family.
