Thanks to you and Patrick. Yes there are definitely two authors by the same name.

Additionally, in your second link, I see only an Arabic-language of Hertz's book. Here is the English language version, which I had added just yesterday.

On Goodreads we combine all different editions of a book. This makes it possible to see all the reviews of the book when looking at any edition, and to have a general rating.
When you look at the author page (as we did here), it only shows the most popular of the combined editions, i.e. the one that has the most shelvings (in this case the Arabic edition has 18 shelvings, the English one has only 1). If you look at the book record itself however (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...), you can see a number of covers of other editions, and you can click 'other editions' or 'all editions', which will take you to another page where the other editions are shown.
