Help ... my book is attributed to a different author

I recently published the Creationist Notebook. It appears correctly at Amazon.com but on Goodreads it is attritbuted to Zondervan Bibles. It is self-published through CreateSpace and Zondervan has nothing to do with it. How does this get corrected?
