"It depends on the bird," Casey replied. "Mine hunts on his own so he really only needs a place to sleep. And I don't take him out in public," she laughed.

"The only time you get odd looks is when you're at the station coming here," Brendan added. "But at that point you're about to run through a brick wall, so having a bird on you isn't the weirdest thing about you," he grinned.

Aura smiled, "I suppose that's true." She agreed, but didn't have anything else to say. She looked around the compartment. "Sooo...." She said.

Noticing her awkward demeanor, Casey glanced and Brendan and then said to Aura, "Do you want us to let you sleep? Again, we're sorry for just barging in."

[Ｅｍｍａ, Head of Ravenclaw]

"No, it's fine." Aura said, she couldn't kick them out of the compartment, but it was terrible just sitting there in silence.

"Ah no worries, Luv," Brendan said amicably as he stood up, flicking Casey on the ankle simultaneously. "Get some sleep and we'll go bother someone else."

Yelping from the pain of the flick, Casey grumbled as she stood up and with a small smile, she handed Aura's cat back to her. "Is it cool if we leave our stuff here though?" she asked.

[Ｅｍｍａ, Head of Ravenclaw]

"Yeah, that would be fine. Thank you." Aura told them, settling back into her earlier position and putting her earplugs in.

"Sleep tight, Luv," Brendan said to her with a roguish wink as he tugged on Casey's arm to head for the door.

[Exit Brendan O'Brien and Casey Diamant to Carriage 4 Corridor.]

September 1st: The train has arrived at Hogsmeade Station and all students have unloaded onto the platform, dressed in their robes.
