Robert Evert Hey everybody!

Alright, so this is the deal... my publisher is hoping that my first book, Riddle in Stone, will sell at least 50 more copies by the end of the year! After that time, I'm hoping we'll start discussing a contract for additional books.

Soooooo.....I'm willing to buy FIFTY copies of the e-version of RIDDLE IN STONE for anybody who is interested in fantasy and might be willing to rate the book both here and on Amazon.com or BarnesandNoble.com.

(To be completely honest, the e-book is currently on sale for $0.99 at http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/riddl... and http://www.amazon.com/Riddle-Stone-Th.... So it really isn't that big of an expense on my account.)

Anyway, you'll probably want to know what the book is about, so here's the pitch...

Edmund is a fat, middle age librarian who is inflicted with a severe stutter. Tired of being teased and tormented by the people of his remote village, he sets out to win everybody's respect by becoming a famous adventure; however, his first quest goes horribly, horribly wrong.

So far, Riddle is getting some fairly good reviews. A publisher who reviewed it said it had the best torture scene she's ever read. It involves a comfy chair and a cup of tea... enough said!

At any rate, if you're interested, please e-mail me at robert.evert.author@gmail.com and let me know if you have a Kindle or Nook etc.

Thanks everybody!

LOL! Thanks Aaron! Thank you very much. Spread the word!

If you can, please write a review here, on Amazon, Facebook, ...bathroom walls.... Hopefully other people will enjoy it as much as you did.

The second book, Betrayal in the Highlands, is now available. The third book, hopefully will be out in February. Fingers crossed.

Thanks again!

Aaron Meyer (loptsson) | 75 comments Already got one on here and it cross-posts to Facebook. I will put it on Amazon as well, no problem.
Third book possibly in February.... very nice! Can't wait!

Thanks! I appreciate it!

Personally, I think the third book will be the best. It is the last that is under contract, but I have left some room for other books...should my publisher want them.

Let me ask you this... What do you think about a book/series just about Kravel and Gurding? Something from their perspective?

Ooops!

Aaron Meyer (loptsson) | 75 comments Kravel and Gurding were hilarious! I couldn't help but to think of them as if they were some English gentlemen who went brigand. They were cruel, calculating, and courteous, which of course makes them perfect villains. I would definitely like to read of things from their perspective. It would open up some of the hinted at things that happened off-page in Riddle in Stone which I would of liked to have known more about. Something like this reminds me of what Orson Scott Card did with the Ender/Bean saga when he retold Ender's Game from Bean's perspective.

Robert Evert Hey everybody! I still have a couple of e-books to give away in exchange for reviews, if you're interested.

Please be warned, Riddle in Stone is a DARK FANTASY. If you don't like a little bit of gore, you may not like it. Again, just a warning.

If you'd like a free e-copy (THAT'S A $0.99 VALUE!), just let me know whether you have a kindle, nook, or something else.

Thanks
