I forget if we've specifically covered this already but do the rings have extra powers besides letting vices and virtues communicate with the other entities in their own group and such?

Yes... In return for pretty much negating all of the abilities your character originally had, it offers something else. Would we like to decide on those now? o3o

Oh, yes. The rings can't be removed by whoever is wearing it ^^ They have to be taken off by someone else in the set they're a part of.... Just throwing that in there for future reference.

I was thinking of brainstorming a list and then having it critiqued. The thing is, nobody can choose their own ring's power.

Should abilities correspond to anything having to do with the character, or should I just think of cool powers and assign them to people? ovo hehe

But it could also be a special treat and challenge (realistically) if you assigned random powers. I'm all for random!! Plus it's just easier to set up on your end.

The Frog Prince spell. When someone kisses another person, that person gets turned into a frog and has to obey the kisser until the kisser kisses the affected a second time to change them back to human.

Or, if frogs are not preferable, each person who gets kissed turns into their spirit animal.

I think we have the basic plot hashed out, but we are waiting on some bios to be finished. Say Aria when can we start this RP?

Hum hum. I think I'll pick the powers as we go along. Let's say that the rings don't activate until everybody meets, because then it gives me some more time and lets the action begin.

For the start of the RP, as far as I know, only Azrael and Charlie know each other. The rest of the characters are scattered around the continent, if not the globe. A couple of the vices, as well as Patience, have their rings already, as they received them long ago-- but there are a couple of characters who are too young to have gotten their rings quite yet. And then, there are other vices/virtues that have yet to emerge.

Let's start with everybody that needs their rings, getting their rings. As for those that already have their rings, they've been feeling pulled to... Oh, I don't know. Somebody pick a major city, and that'll be where the action ultimately starts.

How about I open the RP this weekend? I have a major competition on Saturday, but I don't want to hold you guys up.

It is a metropolis surrounded by trees, and it is usually gloomy (my opinion) and wet. It gets a ton of rain.

I approve!! Seattle is sooo busy. It's almost as bad as NY or anything else. All cramped, too many buildings with narrow steeets and lots of traffic. Most of it's on a hill. I like it though. ;) Fun place, as long as you know what you're doing.

I love amazing waiters. ^v^ Me and some others went to a place called Rounders, and there was no one else there. The waiter was this young adult, who just sat and chatted with us. We suggested he should come out with our desserts singing, and he did. Ah! Good times.

If you've made a character, you should post. At least SOMETHING. "So-and-so walked to the store." or "They galloped through the elephant graveyard." Please let us know you are going to try to do this. I might break the "wait for two people rule" and post again and again until someone joins me. :P

And I'm incredibly busy too, but I try, I've promised to try. Not that GR is even a big deal, but it's irritating when people don't follow through with something. Post once a week, that's what the rest of us try to do, just once in 7 days. Yes? Maybe? Please? T~T

I think we're aiming towards bringing our characters together in Seattle for a Virtues vs Vices sort of thing, with an immortal Figure Behind the Curtain pulling some strings. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
