I'm thinking that either he has a grudge or doesn't want to mention it and is avoiding mentioning it because of the small part he took in crayontastrophe to get me to throw the crayon at him, when it wasn't his fault that I was angry and naive and that it takes me a while to transition from one activity to the next

It's possible he could've. or he just doesn't want to mention it to me because he thinks I have a grudge against him, which I HIGHLY DOUBT

It's not the grudge I'm worried about, I'm worried that if I did throw it hard enough, which I may have considering it flew across the room it could've hurt him
