Two Issues for ISBN 0399505997

There are two issues with the GR entry for ISBN 0399505997:

1) The GR entry's author information is incomplete. In addition to Jeffrey Shear (who is correctly listed as author), Steven Schneider should also be credited as an author. Additionally, Toby Richards should be credited with "Photography".

2) The GR entry has the wrong format for the book. This ISBN is for the paperback edition.

Author information is verified from both my own copy and by ISBN search on WorldCat. Format is verified from both my own copy and by ISBN search on Amazon (WorldCat omits format information for this ISBN in its entry, but Amazon has it). Thank you in advance.

Fixed. I also added Michael DiPersio as author since he was listed in both WorldCat and Amazon.

I wasn't sure about including DiPersio as an "author" because I don't know that he contributed any content. The actual book says: "Text by Jeffrey Shear & Steven Schneider / Photography by Toby Richards". It also says, "Created by Michael DiPersio", but that's really more part of the title because DiPersio built the structures shown in the book. I can't see anything in the book itself that says DiPersio contributed text or art.
