When they said aptitude test I didn't quite imagine the use of wires and such. I thought it was going to be an actual paper test. The direction the author takes it makes for a more interesting read than a boring test.

I pictured a paper test also. The test reminded me of one of those "choose your own adventure" books I used to read when I was a kid. Each decision made changes the course of action for the character.

I was right about having difficulty remembering the meanings of all the factions. I need a notes sheet to keep with me when I'm reading.
