The first independent reading book I read was Iraqi girl, The second I read was solders heart. I prefer solders heart over iraqi girl because it was a real story, iraqi girl was just about some girl living in iraq on her blog. Solders heart was aimed at the teenagers. It is a fictionalization of the true story of the farm boy Charley Goddard, who at the age of 15 enlisted in the Union in the American, was involved in combat at Bull run and gettysburg, and returned traumatized and suffering from "soldier's heart". Iraqi girl was repetitive in my opinion. And solders heat was is a good ongoing story. These two books are brutal in many ways, but one has more sole then the other.
The first book I read this year was "American Victory" by Henry Cejudo and the second book was "The Legend of Alexandros: Belen" by Corey Hernandez. I would recommend the first book "American Victory" because it has a lot of lessons. The book "The Legend of Alexandros: Belen" is also a great book. It has a great story. I recommend American Victory over Alexandros because it is more inspiring. American Victory is non-fiction but Alexandros is fiction so you can't really compare them much. American Victory is non-fiction so it gives a way to think about real life events. That is why I recommend that book.
The first book I read this school year was hunger games and the book I am reading now is a book called slam. I just started this book so for write now im going to go with hunger games. It is a good book for you to read because of the action and the story and adventure.
The first one I read was The Titans Curse and the second was Battle of the Labyrinth. I say The Titans Curse because you need to read it if you want to understand Battle of the Labyrinth a little better. It's before Battle of the Labyrinth in the series. I like the story in The Titans Curse better.
The first book I read this year was diary of a wimpy kid and the second was The Book Thief and I prefer The Book Thief because it is a long book and it is a very good book and I i like the concept of it.
So far ive only read Pretty Little Liars by Sara Sheapard. I would reccommend this book because im not even done with the book and theres so many lessons and morals you can learn from this book. Also this book is a cliff hanger its very suspenseful and interesting.
The first book I have read this simester was Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer and the second book I read was Dear John by Nicholas Sparks . I would recommend Dear John instead of Breaking Dawn because Dear John has a more emotional side to it and it makes you think realistically about love , Breaking Dawn on the other hand is a more fictional love that really isnt going to happen in real life .

The First book i read was Brooklyn by Colm Toibin and the second was Undercover Cop by Mike Russell. I would recommend Undercover cop because it has more action and drama whereas in Brooklyn, the storyline gets boring at times. However, Brooklyn has more family drama than undercover cop so it really depends on one's preference.
