Alyssa snored softly as she slept in the chair next to King's bed.

Shiloh turned around and saw Jev standing behind her. She couldn't decide if she was shocked or not and if she was embarrassed at being caught saying what she just did, she didn't show it. "I don't know about that, I've been told I'm pretty cold before."
"True, you'd miss me too much." Jev said, glancing over at the guy that was with her. "Or did you make sure you replaced me before you left," he said, refering to the guy next to her.
"Oh you'd be happy to be cut loose," Shiloh said, offering a small grin. "And I do believe it was you who ditched me first. I don't believe you would happen to be back on the edge of town would you?"
"No, but you did leave me first, so..." Jev said with a shrug. "So who is this?" he asked looking at the guy next to her.
Shiloh shrugged. "True, true. That I cannot deny. But I did tell you where I would be," she pointed out before looking at Weston. "This is Weston, fellow bird kid," she said plainly.
West arched an eyebrow at their banter, though said nothing. West often refrained from saying too much, too soon; people usually avoided him when they found out he was able to know everything. It was best not to reveal that too soon.
((I don't know what to post!!))
((It's okay, I don't know either! Oh, idea. Ray's staying across the hall from the flock. Your character can bump into her as she goes to her room?))
((Okay, except Alyssa is sleeping. XD I'll wake her up.))
Jev arched an eyebrow, "You sure know how to pick 'em," he said to Shiloh before holding his hand out to Weston. "Im Jev." he said, looking the guy over.
((Okie!))
Alyssa woke up and she looked at King. When she decided that he would be fine, she got up and walked out of the room, deciding to explore the hotel.

Ray had stood there for a moment, watching the boy leave. Something about his story had seemed..off. The guy he'd been carrying to had just needed an inhaler, then the hospital let him go? Even she knew that that wasn't completely normal and that asthma was dangerous. Almost as dangerous as being a freak with wings. His problem, not mine, she silently decided and walked across the lobby to one of the halls that led to her room. As she walked, Ray took her room card out of her pocket, while adjusting her shirt..again. Sure, her wings probably weren't showing now, but she was paranoid.
Alyssa looked over at Ray as she walked down the hallway.
Shiloh just sighed. "That would explain you," she mumbled, crossing her arms across her chest. Where were the others? Certainly Jev wasn't a big enough idiot to leave them alone. Yeah, the flock was nice and all, but leaving them by themselves was never a good idea...

After a moment, she spotted a girl. The girl she'd seen earlier, with the same guy she'd just bumped into. Drats.
She noticed that it was the girl with the feathers. "Uhm...hi!"
Aware of the hidden wings against her back, Ray offered a friendly smile to the girl. "Hi," she responded.
"I believe we've met earlier, am I correct?" Alyssa smiled kindly.
"Sorta'," Ray answered, shrugging. She used her thumb to point over her shoulder and told the girl, "I ran into your buddy a few minutes ago."
"Cool." She nodded and leaned against the wall.
Ray stood there, watching the girl cautiously. "So," she said finally, feeling a little awkward, "I heard that your friend got out of the hospital. He okay?"
"He's getting better." She explained. "He still doesn't feel too well."
"Well," Ray told the girl, "I hope he gets better quickly. Asthma doesn't sound very fun." Silently, she was guessing what time it was. She'd decided earlier that she was going to return to her room around 4:30, and was guessing that it was getting pretty close to that time. The idea of going off schedule drove her insane, but she didn't show it..much.
"It's not," She sighed and ran a hand through her wavy hair.
"So...Uhm....you have feathers?" She mumbled.
"So he doesn't talk much, does he?" Jev said, his hand still held out to shake Weston's. He wondered how Shiloh had found him, but the was a conversation to be held in private. There was no way in hell he was juts going to trust this Weston guy right away, he'd have to earn his trust.
West arched an eyebrow curiously. "'This guy' can hear you." He stated firmly. "You don't trust me, I know, okay? If you don't want me here, you can just say so."
"So you can talk," Jev stated simply. "I might think about trusting you if you'd shake my hand." he said, a bored tone in his voice and a bored expression on his face.
Don't hate me when I know all your secrets, then. West thought slightly bitterly, gingerly shaking the other guy's hand. West wasn't exactly a big fan of touching, to say the least. He learned too much when it happened.

You can read minds too? Funny, so can I. Jev thought as he let go of Weston's hand. "How'd you meet Miss Sunshine here?" he asked, stuffing his hand into the pockets of his old worn out jeans.
"I saw feathers sticking out of your shirt earlier." Alyssa said calmly.
Not necessarily, West thought back with a shrug, blocking off the back of his mind nonchalantly, in a way that wouldn't be noticed. "A bench."

She nodded. "I have them too. Don't worry." Alyssa explained.
((Hi guys!))King opened his eyes after a while and groaned, putting a hand to his head as he looked around with his blind eyes. Pitch black, as usual. But there were faint auras around the room, and different sounds were bouncing off the walls. He slowly got up and followed his echolocation, hoping to find at least one of the flock members.
Jev nodded in response to his unspoken answer. You know I can put up blocks as well, but I like to think of myself as an open guy. He thought, the smallest grin playing on his lips. "A bench of all places, lovely."
West shrugged. You're clearly a control freak. But a guy's got private thoughts. he wasn't put off by the half accusation; it wasn't a big deal. "Better than a dumpster."
((Heyo, Britt!))Ray was visibly tense, like a cornered animal waiting for an escape route. Creepin' crud. Great job, Ray! You got yourself busted, because you didn't wear a jacket to cover the feathers that poked out of your shirt! "Say what?"
"You know what I said." She leaned against the wall.
((Haha, hello to you too.))

((Hey Izzy! Long time no see.So how was eveyone's Christmas? :3))
Jev smirked faintly, a mischievous glint to his eyes, but left it at that. "Whats your story, Wes?" he asked, tilting his head to the side slightly.
"Yes, I do," Ray admitted, watching the girl carefully, her eyes taking in every detail of her stance. She seemed relaxed, didn't have the structure of an Eraser, and hadn't attacked her on sight, but that wasn't enough to make her feel better. "I'm just wondering if you have a point."
((Sierra! Hi!My Christmas was awesome. My family, at least half of it, got together for the first time in a while. :') I GOT MARVEL COMICS. HAHA, I'M A DORK.))
