Hi Linda: First the authors need to be combined and since one is a Goodreads Author, I need to post the combination to be done by the higher ups. They'll do the books at the same time I expect.

For future reference, best to start a new thread for a new request. :-)

Absolutely nothing negative intended Linda! I was just explaining what had to happen in order to combine those two books, which a regular librarian like me can't do.

Author profiles merged, and editions combined.

Abcdarian, unless a combine thread is linked to a specific book or author (and this one is not), it is perfectly ok to add multiple requests to it.

Any which are likely to be confusing or need a lot of back and forth are probably better off in a new thread, but many combines are neither.

Thanks for the clarification rivka. I've seen the suggestion in so many other threads I thought it was standard advice.

And Linda, it certainly was not meant as admonishment in any case, just over-helpfulness gone awry!
