The great thing about fictional heroes is they give great romance without making a mess out of your bathroom, leaving smelly socks in weird places, and tracking grunge through the house. Hallelujah.

The following gorgeous guys may drive my heroines crazy at times, but they each have a special place in my heart. (And they’re housetrained, which is a bonus.)

Chase Stryker: an escaped convict running from the Collectors; his fascination for his little rescuer leads him straight into tantalizing trouble

Declan McCrae: engineer for the flagship Odyssey; falling for the ship’s powerful new telenetic seems inevitable until that pesky war gets in the way

Tiernan Hale: independent contractor bent on rescuing his imprisoned sister; a sucker for dangerous beauty, he’s mesmerized by the Black Widow, though getting near her might just be the death of him


I am an evil creator. I can promise you, not a single one of these fine gentlemen had an easy time of it in their adventures or with the heroines who shared their trials. Oh, the marvelous torture! Muahaha!! >:D
