Tris on Caleb's transferring to Erudite

I was wondering about Tris' anger at Caleb for transferring to Erudite, when she herself seemed set not to stay in Abnegation?
Or is it just rooted on the fact that Caleb became loyal to Erudite and betrayed her in the end?

I don't think she was angry at first that Caleb went to Erudite. She was surprised. Later on, she was a little resentful because she saw first hand all the bad things her father had always influenced her to notice from that faction.
But she was never angry that he left Abnegation. It was just the fact that he went to Erudite that bothered her.

I think it's because their father (having been an Erudite transfer himself) had always denounced the Erudite. It was a betrayal of their father.
