Hi! Could someone remind me how to combine Kindle and paperback editions?

From your author profile there is a "combine editions" link in your list of books; from any of your books, the "more details" section will have a "combine" link in the editions section. Either of those will take you to your combine page where you can select the editions and click the combine button.

Or you can just ask a librarian and we'll do it for you. :)
