I couldn't find any definitive information on this book so I added it to author profile Jeff^^Miller, which is unclaimed and seems likely to be more than one authors' work. Jeff^^^Miller seems to be one specific author. Anyway, it should now be off your profile.

If someone with a bit more experience sees a better way to fix this, feel free!
