Do you have any restricted activities? What are you allowed to do?
I'd be taking lots of baths and kicking back on the couch, ordering out and watching tv.

I am limited by my right arm. I still can't lift it. I tire quick because of the pressure on the right arm. You would think it would be nice to be waited on, but when you are unable to do things it is not fun. I am so ready to dress myself and sleep in my bed! I have been in the recliner since the accident and they said I will be on the recliner till February.
Does heat help? Like baths or heating pads? I injured my knee pretty bad once, and I only survived because of the bathtub.I feel so bad for you! February!

Sadly, I don't get to see him that much. If they put him on my left side I can hold him. He is getting so big!
When I fell I dislocated my shoulder, torn my rotator cuff, ligaments and muscle surround it. I also dented my humeral head and bruised my bone marrow. Basically I totally screwed myself up. If you ever need to tear something up just call me. I will get the job done. They didn't think it was that extensive until we got the results of MRI.
There is nothing like listening to an extremely steamy scene while shopping at Walmart and try to remain calm. LOL
