Two Authors with the same name, one doesn't have a profile

While looking at I discovered another book called which is listed as being written by the same Author. Whilst they are both called Rex Brown, they are completely different people. I tried to fix the issue by finding the correct Rex Brown, but it appears he doesn't have his own profile.
