Lost the ordering of items, help!

So I dropped my copy of S, and all the items fell out!
Can anyone provide a link to, or post a list, of which items should be in which page? (Just flip through your copy, note down the item and the page).
I'm surprised this type of thing isn't available with the book, or online.
I feel the story will be spoilt otherwise.

Yay! I was hoping someone would do this. I've dropped mine a few times too. Ended up taking them out as I come across them, but when I'm done, I'd like to put them back where they belong.
