List Challenges

Not sure if this is the right section, or even the right group, for this question: but how do you create "List Challenges" (like this one) which are static, as opposed to the normal lists that everyone can vote on and add books to?

Lists can be set to static by superlibrarians. However, they should qualify by being a set list from a specific source, as that one does.

Superlibrarians are selected by Goodreads. To get the attention of one, starting a new thread whose thread title indicates that a superlibrarian is needed for your request would most likely do the trick.
